论美国教师教育大学化的实践特性

摘  要:近年来,美国传统的以大学为本位的教师教育因过分追求理论研究,导致教育理论的学习与一线中小学的基础教育实践相脱离,引起美国各方诟病。为了不使美国教师教育大学化让位于其他的教师培养模式,美国对综合性的大学教育学院在教师的培养方面进行改革,主要包括构建实践化的课程体系;注重实践能力的培养、发展教师专业化;加强大学、中小学、学区的合作关系;以教学能力为衡量尺度的教师资格认定制度等方面。其中,强烈的实践特性贯穿于整个大学化的教师教育改革之中。In recent years,the traditional university-based teacher education in the United States has been over-pursuing theoretical research.This has led to the disengagement of education theories from the basic education practice in front-line primary and secondary schools,and has caused criticism in all parties in the United States.In order to prevent American teacher education from giving way to other teacher training models,the U.S.has carried out reforms in the comprehensive training of university education colleges,mainly including the construction of a practical curriculum system,and the cultivation and development of practical skills.Professionalization of teachers;strengthening of cooperative relations among universities,primary and secondary schools,and school districts;teacher qualification certification systems based on teaching ability.Among them,the strong practical characteristics run through the entire university-based reform of teacher education.
