摘　　要：武汉市科教资源丰富,为更好地利用这种优势,推进科技成果转化,2017年8月,武汉市在全国率先成立了科技成果转化局,通过体制与机制创新,推动"政产学研金"形成合力,打通科技成果转化"最后一公里"。科技创新、科技成果产业化需要金融的支持,科技成果转化与金融的深度结合,将为供给侧结构性改革添加新动力。本文将描述科技成果转化与金融结合的现状,指出政策安排、债权融资、股权投资、中介机构存在的问题,并逐一对问题进行分析、探讨。Wuhan is rich in science and education resources.In order to make better use of this advantage and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,in August 2017,Wuhan took the lead in setting up the Bureau for the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in the whole country.Through the innovation of system and mechanism,Wuhan promoted the formation of ＂political,industrial,academic and research funds＂ and opened up the ＂last kilometer＂ for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Scientific and technological innovation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements need financial support.The deep combination of scientific and technological achievements transformation and finance will add new impetus to the supply-side structural reform.This paper will describe the current situation of the combination of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and finance,point out the problems existing in policy arrangements,debt financing,equity investment,intermediary institutions,and analyze and discuss them one by one.
