摘　　要：地方高校在创业教育中存在的人才培养体系不健全,师资队伍实力单薄以及政策支持和保障不足等方面进行分析,结合三螺旋理论,从树立绿色、开放理念;打造专兼互补的师资队伍;探索多方评价机制;融入地方经济建设等方面提出了在创业人才培养中,地方高校、政府和企业三方相互融合相互促进的建议。Local universities in entrepreneurship education exist in the personnel training system is not perfect,the strength of the teacher team is weak and the lack of policy support and protection,etc.,combined with the triple helix theory,establish a green,open concept;build a dedicated and complementary faculty;explore Multi-appraisal mechanism;integration into local economic construction and other aspects put forward proposals for the integration of local universities,governments,and enterprises in the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents.
