某军队院校大学生吸烟状况及烟草相关知识、态度调查

摘　　要：目的:了解某军队院校大学生吸烟状况、烟草相关知识、对烟草的态度,分析学生吸烟行为的危险因素。方法:采取整群抽样法抽取某军队院校大学生395名,进行匿名自填式问卷调查。采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行数据处理。结果:军校大学生尝试吸烟率为48.70%,现在吸烟率为34.68%。军校男生尝试吸烟率、现在吸烟率分别为58.02%、41.98%,高于女生的7.04%和1.41%。军校学生烟草相关知识评分为(17.04±7.75)分,正向态度评分为(12.31±3.15)分。女生对待烟草使用正向态度评分为(13.86±2.25)分,高于男生的(11.98±3.22)分(P<0.01)。多因素Logistic回归显示,男性(OR=0.045,95%CI=0.004~0.550)、大学二年级(OR=2.410,95%CI=1.110~5.250)、烟草使用正向态度评分(OR=0.630,95%CI=0.550~0.710)、好朋友吸烟(OR=3.400,95%CI=1.870~6.150)、尝试吸烟(OR=9.810,95%CI=4.920~19.590)是大学生现在吸烟的危险因素。结论:某军队院校学生现在吸烟率高,对待烟草使用的态度有待改进,军队院校亟需加强烟草控制相关健康教育以减少学生的吸烟行为。Objective： To investigate the smoking status, tobacco related knowledge, attitude to tobacco of military college students, and to explore the risk factors of current smoking. Methods：A total of 395 students from military college in Xiran were cluster sapling selected to fill out a questionnaire by cross--sectional survey,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software.Results：The 395 valid questionnaires had shown that 48.70% of students had tried to smoke.The current smoking rate of military college students was 34.68%,male students had tried to smoke and the current smoking rate was 58.02%,41.98%,which was higher than that of female students 7.04%, 1.41%.The average score of tobacco related knowledge was （17.04±7.75） ,and the average score of positive attitude to tobacco use was （12.31±3.15）.The average score of positive attitude to tobacco use in female students was （13.86±2.25）, which was higher than that of mMe students （11.98±3.22）（P〈0.01）.Logistic regression analysis showed that male （OR=0.045,95%CI=0.004--0.550）,students in grade two （OR=2.410,95%CI= 1.110-- 5.250）,scores of positive attitude to tobacco smoking （OR-- 0.630,95%CI= 0.550-0.710） ,the smoking of close friends （OR=3.400,95%CI= 1. 870-6.150）,ever tried to smoking（OR= 9.810,95%CI=4.920--19.590） were the risk factors related to the current
