摘  要:对空调铝箔翅片冲制过程受力及变形过程进行分析,得出冲制时对铝箔成型性要求的关键点是材料要有较高的屈强比。通过铝合金箔生产过程中中间退火和成品退火,使其屈强比由78.7%提升至96%,提高了铝箔的综合力学性能和冲制成型性,新工艺下的空调翅片铝箔完全满足用户的使用要求。The force and the deformation process in the punching process of the air-condi-tioner aluminum foil fin were analyzed. It is concluded that the key point for forming require-ments of aluminum foil in the punching process is the high yield strength ratio of the materi-al. Through the combination of intermediate annealing and finished annealing, the yield strength ratio is increased from 78.7% to 96% , and the comprehensive mechanical proper-ties and the punching formability of aluminum foil are improved. The aluminum foil for air conditioning fin under the new process fully meets the user's requirements.
