摘　　要：目的评价某空气净化消毒机的现场消毒净化效果及相关性能。方法采用平板沉降法和仪器法,检测对该空气净化消毒机的净化效果,并与其他同类设备进行平行比较。结果经过在7家医疗机构12个不同场所实际应用观察,该空气净化消毒机在启动运行2 h后,手术室等不同场所室内空气中沉降菌和尘埃粒子数均降低至医院II类环境卫生指标要求。该空气净化消毒机与同类产品平行比较,净化消毒性能基本一致。结论本研究所观察的空气净化消毒机对手术室等场所室内空气具有良好的净化消毒效果,使用安全。Objective To evaluate the disinfection and purification effect of an air disinfection machine and its related properties in practice. Methods Plate sedimentation method and instrumental method were used to test the purification effect of this machine,and compared with other similar equipment. Results The effect was observed in 12 different places of 7 medical institutions. After 2 hours of operation,the number of air settling bacteria and air dust particles in all these indoor places,such as operating room,was reduced to the grade II standard of environmental hygiene index in hospital. The purification and disinfection performance of this disinfector was basically the same as that of the comparison products.Conclusions The air disinfection machine observed in this study had a good effect on purification and disinfectiion the indoor air in operating room and other places,and it was safe to use.
