摘　　要：目的:从阴阳理论探求不寐的病机以及有效的针刺治疗方案。方法:以阴阳理论为主要依据阐释不寐病机及针刺治疗,分析不寐之病机,根据基本病机探索针刺治疗原则及选穴。结果与结论:卫气只能行于阳分而致阳胜,卫气不得入于阴分而致阴不足,阴虚阳胜,阴阳失交为不寐的根本病机。对不寐的治疗,应当探求它的阴阳变化的根本,补阴泻阳是治疗不寐的根本治则,必须贯穿于治疗的始终。针刺治疗不寐历史久远,它的操作、取穴等变化多样,但不论方法怎么变,总不外乎营卫阴阳的协调。To explore the pathogenesis of insomnia and effective acupuncture treatment from Yin Yang theory. Methods： According to the theory of Yin and Yang, the pathogenesis of insomnia and acupuncture were explained, and the pathogenesis of insomnia was analyzed. According to the basic pathogenesis, the principle of acupuncture treatment and the selection of acupoints were explored. Results and conclusion： Wei Qi can only be done by Yang and Yang Sheng, and Wei Qi can not enter into Yin deficiency and Yang Sheng, Yin and Yang dis-intersection as the funda- mental pathogenesis of insomnia. For the treatment of insomnia, the root of Yin and Yang changes should he explored. Replenishing Yin and reducing Yang is the fundamental treatment for insomnia. Acupuncture treatment of insomnia has a long history, its operation and acupoint changes are varied, but no matter how the method changes, it is nothing more than coordinating the Yin and Yang of the camp.
