循证性产后小便不通中医临床诊疗指南编制技术

摘　　要：产后小便不通是妇产科常见疾病,历代医家积累了大量宝贵的临床经验。实践表明,中医药治疗本病疗效确切,但目前尚无规范性指导文件,因此有必要制订相关指南,充分发挥中医药在产后小便不通中的治疗作用。本指南首次制定了产后小便不通的中医诊疗规范。项目工作组按照统一要求,开展了文献研究、三轮Delphi法专家问卷调查、专家论证会、同行征求意见、临床评价(包括方法学质量评价、临床一致性评价)等工作,向全国网上征求意见,最终形成了《中医妇科临床诊疗指南·产后小便不通(制定)》。Postpartum urination is a common disease in obstetrics and gynecology, successive doctors have accumulated a wealth of valuable clinical experience. Practice indicates, Traditional Chinese medicine has a good clinical effect. But there are no normative guidelines, therefore, it is necessary to formulate relevant guidelines to give full play to the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in postpartum urination.This guide is the first to establish a TCM diagnosis and treatment protocol for postpartum urination.The project working group meets the uniform require-ments, literature research was carried out, three rounds of Delphi method expert questionnaire survey, expert discussion meeting, peers for advice, clinical evaluation （ methodological quality evaluation, clinical consistency evaluation ） and other work, to solicit opinions on the national Internet, finally formed ＂the gynecological clinical diagnosis and treat-merit guidelines for gynecology＂ .
