扶正升白口服液联合XELOX方案治疗转移性结直肠癌观察

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正升白口服液联合化疗对晚期结直肠癌患者的临床疗效及生存质量的影响。方法:采用前瞻、随机、对照的方法,将45例符合标准的患者分为中药+化疗组和单纯化疗组,观察2组的临床疗效及生存质量。结果:治疗3个月后,2组患者的短期临床疗效无明显差别,但治疗组患者生存质量明显优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:扶正升白口服液联合化疗能改善患者生存质量,对患者的抗肿瘤治疗具有积极意义。Objective： To observe the effect of Fuzheng Shengbai oral liquid combined with chemotherapy on climcat efficacy and quality of life in patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Methods： 45 patients who met the criteria were divided into Chinese medicine＋chemotherapy group and chemotherapy group by prospective, random and controlled methods. The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were observed. Results： After 3 months of treatment, there was no significant difference in short-term clinical outcomes between the two groups, but the quality of life in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, which was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Fuzheng Shengbai oral liquid combined with chemotherapy can improve the quality of life of patients and has positive significance for anti-tumor therapy.
