扶正解毒方联合高频热疗治疗放射性肺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药扶正解毒方联合高频热疗治疗放射性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选择符合标准的放射性肺炎患者86例为试验对象,采用数字表法随机分为对照组42例、治疗组44例,对照组在常规治疗的基础上采用静脉滴注地塞米松治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上应用中药扶正解毒方联合高频热疗治疗,2组疗程均为4周,观察2组症状缓解效果、胸部X线改善效果、生活质量评分、血清炎性因子水平、肺功能及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组症状缓解、胸部X线改善、生活质量改善有效率分别为93.2%、86.4%、84.1%,均高于对照组的71.4%、66.7%、69.0%,2组差异均有统计学意义(χ2=4.180、4.025、3.980,均P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组白细胞介素6(IL-6)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肺活量(VC)、一氧化碳弥散量(DLCO)分别为(0.51±0.30)ng/L、(10.5±1.9)μg/L、(15.5±3.0)mg/L、(2.91±0.33)L、(18.2±3.6)mL/min,对照组分别为(0.71±0.25)ng/L、(20.5±1.8)μg/L、(25.5±2.0)mg/L、(2.58±0.32)L、(15.7±2.8)mL/min,2组差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:扶正解毒方联合高频热疗治疗放射性肺炎,可明显减轻炎性反应,改善肺功能,提高患者生活质量,效果优用单纯激素治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine Fuzheng Jiedu decoction combined with high frequency hyperthermia in the treatment of radiation pneumonitis. Methods： 86 patients with radioactive pneu- monia who met the criteria were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group （42 cases） and the treatment group （44 cases） by digital table method. The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of dexamethasone on the basis of conventional treatment. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medi- cine Fuzheng Jiedu decoction combined with high-frequency hyperthermia on the basis of conventional treatment. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The effects of symptom relief, chest X-ray improvement, quality of life score, serum inflammatory factor, lung function and adverse reactions were observed. Results： The effective rate of symptom re- lief, chest X-ray improvement and quality of life improvement in the treatment group were 93.2%, 86.4%, and 84.1%, respectively, which were higher than the control group＇s 71.4%, 66.7%, and 69.0%. Significance （χ^2=4.180, 4.025, 3.980, both P〈0.05）. After treatment, interleukin-6 （IL-6）, transforming growth factor β1 （TGF-β1）, C-reactive protein （CRP）, vital capacity （VC）, and carbon monoxide diffusion （DLCO） in the treatment group were （0.51 ± 0.30）ng/ L, （10.5 ± 1.9） μg/L, （15.5 ± 3.0） mg/L, （2.91 ± 0.33） L, （18.2 ± 3.6） mL/min, respectively and the control group were （0.71 ± 0.25） ng/L, （20.5 ± 1.8） μg/L, （25.5 ± 2.0） mg/L, （2.58 ± 0.32） L, （15.7 ± 2.8） mL/min, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant （all P〈0.05）.
