摘　　要：目的:观察rTMS结合电针治疗截肢术后幻肢痛的临床疗效。方法:采取随机分组法将60例截肢术后幻肢痛患者分为实验组和对照组,每组30例,实验组予rTMS结合电针治疗,对照组予经皮神经电刺激治疗+超激光疗法+中药熏蒸治疗。2组均在治疗3个疗程和6个疗程后采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行疗效评定。结果:3个疗程结束后,实验组优于对照组(P<0.05);6个疗程结束后,实验组亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:rTMS结合电针治疗幻肢痛的临床疗效显著,值得在康复治疗中广泛推广应用。Objective： to observe the clinical effect of rTMS combined with electro-acupuncture on phantom limb pain after amputation. Methods： 60 patients with phantom limb pain after amputation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group, experimental group was treated with rTMS combined with cup-ping therapy, the control group was treated with percutaneous nerve electrical stimulation therapy plus super laser therapy and Chinese medicine fumigation treatment. Visual analogue scale （ VAS ） was used to evaluate the efficacy of both groups after 3 and 6 treatment courses. Results： After 3 courses, the experimental group was superior to the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. After 6 courses, the experimental group was also superior to the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclu- sion： The clinical efficacy of rTMS combined with electro-acupuncture in the treatment of phantom limb pain is signifi- cant and is worthy of extensive application in rehabilitation therapy.
