温阳活血利水法治疗成人原发性肾病综合征研究概况

摘　　要：中医温阳活血利水法是治疗阳虚血瘀型成人原发性肾病综合征的基本大法。作者通过文献梳理,认为中医温阳活血利水法以病机立法,以病证策方,温阳以固本,活血利水以治标,可显著提高临床疗效,减少疾病复发,并能减轻激素副作用,是目前临床辅助治疗成人原发性肾病综合征的有效手段。The traditional Chinese medicine Wenyang Huoxue Lishui method is the basic method for treating yang deficiency and blood stasis type adult primary nephrotic syndrome. Through the literature review, the author believes that the traditional Chinese medicine Wenyang Huoxue Lishui method is based on the pathogenesis legislation, the disease syndrome policy, Wenyang to solidify, blood and water to cure the symptoms, can significantly improve clinical efficacy, reduce disease recurrence, and can reduce hormone side effects. It is an effective means for clinical adjuvant treatment of adult primary nephrotic syndrome.
