摘　　要：目的：分析手术室巡回护士访视对初次手术患者麻醉配合及焦虑情绪的影响。方法：选取2017年3月-2017年6月在我院行外科手术的患者120例,根据护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。给予对照组常规访视模式,给予观察组实施巡回护士访视模式,比较两组患者麻醉配合及焦虑情绪。结果：观察组患者穿刺完成时间、一次性穿刺成功率、麻醉师满意度均优于对照组,穿刺完成时间（t=-2.787,P〈0.05）,一次性穿刺成功率（χ~2=8.665,P〈0.05）,麻醉师满意度（t=10.410,P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者焦虑自评量表（Self—Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS）评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（t=-8. 522,P 〈0. 05）。结论：手术室巡回护士访视能提高初次手术患者麻醉配合程度,缓解术前焦虑情绪,提高护理质量。Objective：To study the effect of anesthesia coordination and anxiety by surgery interview by circulating nurse.Methods：A total of 120 primary operation patients were selected from our hospital in March 2017 to June 2017,which were divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursing measures,with 60 cases in each group,the control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given interview by circulating nurse.Anesthesia coordination and anxiety of the two groups was Compared.Results：The time of puncture,the success rate of one-time puncture and the satisfaction of the anesthesiologist of the observation group were better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ t =-2. 787,10. 410;χ~2= 8. 665;P〈0. 05）. The score of self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（t=-8.522,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The operating room nurse＇s interview by circulating nurse can improve the anesthetic cooperation of patients with primary operation,relieve preoperative anxiety and improve nursing quality.
