大学生就业应对方式与创业动机、主动性人格的关系

摘　　要：目的：探讨大学生就业应对方式与创业动机、主动性人格的关系。方法：采用就业应对方式量表、创业动机量表和主动性人格量表对陕西省某高校190名大学生进行问卷调查。结果：（1）大学生就业应对方式在性别（t=2.763,P〈0.01）、专业（t=10.855,P〈0.001）、年级（F=4.438,P〈0.01）、是否为独生子和是否做过兼职上（t=3.821,4.093;P〈0.001）均存在显著差异;（2）大学生就业应对方式与创业动机（r=0.250,P〈0.01）、主动性人格呈（r=0.181,P〈0.05）之间存在显著正相关;（3）主动性人格和创业动机对就业应对方式有预测作用。结论：大学生就业应对方式与创业动机、主动性人格存在显著相关。Objective：To explore the relationship between employment coping style,entrepreneurial motivation and active personality of college students. Methods： Employment coping style scale,entrepreneurial motivation scale and active personality scale were used to investigate 190 college students in Shaanxi province.Results：（1）There were differences in employment coping style of college students ＇ between sex,specialty,grade,Whether for the only child and whether to do a part-time job（ t = 2.763,10.855;F = 4.438;t = 3.821,4.093;P〈0.01）.（2）There was a significantly positive correlation between employment coping styles of college students＇ and entrepreneurial motivation,active personality（ r = 0.250,0.181;P〈0.05）.（3）Active personality and entrepreneurial motivation had predictive role in employment coping style.Conclusion：There is a significant correlation between employment coping style and entrepreneurial motivation and active personality.
