摘 要:目的:探讨考试焦虑,时间管理倾向与疲劳三者间的关系。方法:对390名在校大学生采取Sarason考试焦虑量表(TAI),青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD),疲劳评定量表(FAI)问卷调查。结果:环境特异性(t=-2.645,P=0.009)、疲劳结果(t=-2.223,P=0.029)、睡眠反应(t=-2.305,P=0.023)及疲劳总分(t=-2.082,P=0.038)在男女性别上差异显著,时间管理倾向量表总分及各因子与疲劳评定量表总分及各因子呈显著正相关(r=0.127~0.388,P〈0.05),时间管理倾向量表总分及时间监控观、时间效能感因子与考试焦虑呈显著负相关(r=-0.185^-0.236,P〈0.05)。时间管理倾向量表总分及3个因子在疲劳与考试焦虑之间起部分中介效应。结论:疲劳不仅可以直接导致大学生考试焦虑,而且也能够通过时间管理能力的降低进一步影响其考试焦虑的程度。Objective:To explore the relationship between test anxiety,time management tendency and fatigue.Methods:Test Anxiety Scale( TAS),Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale( ATMD) and Fatigue Assessment Instrument( FAI) were conducted on 450 college students,and 390 valid questionnaires were collected.Results:The gender difference of environmental specificity,fatigue result,sleep response and total score of fatigue were significant( t =-2.645,-2.223,-2.305,-2.082;P〈0.05).The total score and the factors of the ATMD were positively correlated with the total scores and the factors of the FAI( r = 0.127 ~ 0.388,P〈0.05).The total score of the ATMD and time monitoring factor and time efficiency factor were negatively related to test anxiety( r =-0. 185 ^-0. 236,P〈0. 05). The total score of the ATMD and it 's factors played a partial mediating effect between fatigue and test anxiety. Conclusion:Fatigue can not only directly lead to college students' test anxiety,but also can further influence the degree of test anxiety by reducing the time management ability.
