摘　　要：【目的】综述《中国光学》自转型更名后的一系列切实有效的办刊经验,旨在为我国科技期刊发展提供参考。【方法】从《中国光学》的创办背景出发,详细论述了《中国光学》打造精品期刊的一系列举措,包括吸引资源、充分调动编委及审稿专家的积极性、约请优质稿件、组织专刊、提升编辑水平、数字出版及宣传推广等方面。【结果】经过初创期的快速发展,《中国光学》于2017年9月先后被EI、ESCI数据库收录。【结论】坚持提高学术质量,树立精品意识,关注领域前沿,可以保证科技期刊的可持续发展。我国科技期刊应该充分利用内外部资源,积极接触国内外知名数据库,采用数字出版和新媒体技术传播期刊,不断提升期刊的影响力和传播力。[Purposes] This paper aims to summarize a series of effective experiences of Chinese Optics during the initial establishing stage,and provide references for the development of Chinese scientific journals. [Methods] We introduced the founding background of Chinese Optics,and discussed the methods adopted by Chinese Optics in the process of constructing excellent journal,including seeking funding,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the editorial committee members and reviewers,attracting high-quality manuscripts,organizing special issues,promoting editorial ability,digital publishing,and dissemination.[Findings]After a period of rapid development,in the year of 2017,Chinese Optics was successively indexed in EI and ESCI databases. [Conclusions] It is proved that insisting on promoting academic quality,establishing a sense of excellent,and focusing on field front at real-time can ensure sustainable development of journals. Moreover,we should make full use of internal and external resources,actively contact with well-known domestic and foreign databases,and adopt digital publishing and newmedia technology to disseminate journal. By doing these,the influence and communication of journals will be promoted continuously.
