宫颈癌术后放疗患者心理健康和生活质量的调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈癌患者心理健康和生活质量及相关影响因素，为完善宫颈癌患者心理健康和生活质量干预措施提供参考依据。方法采用我国2012年版宫颈癌患者心理健康和生活质量评价量表，对该院2015年1月至2016年12月病理确诊的98例宫颈癌术后患者的心理健康和生活质量调查问卷进行回顾性分析，评价宫颈癌术后放疗后患者的心理健康和生活质量。结果宫颈癌术后放疗患者心理健康和生活质量与患者的心理功能、躯体功能恢复和性生活质量有明显相关性，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）；与教育程度、居住情况、经济状况、年龄等因素有关，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论宫颈癌术后放疗后患者的心理健康和生活质量受到多种因素的影响。应加强对宫颈癌术后放疗患者进行正确的心理辅导，康复训练，提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the mental health and quality of life of cervical cancer patients ana related influencing factors, to provide reference for improving the mental health and quality of life intervention measures of cer- vical cancer patients. Methods The mental health and quality of life questionnaire of 98 patients with cervical cancer who were pathologically diagnosed in the hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively u-sing the Chinese 2012 edition of cervical cancer patients mental health and quality of life evaluation scale. The mental health and quality of life of patients after radiotherapy for cervical cancer were evaluated. Results The mental health and quality of life of patients treated with radiotherapy after surgery for cervical cancer were significantly correlated with their mental function, physical function recovery and sexual life quality, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. It was related to education degree, living condition, economic condition, age and other factors, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The psychological health and quality of life of postop- erative patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy are influenced by many factors. We should strengthen the psycho- logical counseling and rehabilitation training for patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy to improve their quality of life.
