摘　　要：党的十九大报告指出:加强社区治理体系建设,推动社会治理重心向基层下移,加强党组织引领基层治理,发挥社会组织作用,实现政府治理和社会调节、居民自治良性互动。本文主要从加强顶层设计、创新党建引领方式、优化党建引领机制、完善党建引领保障体系等方面探讨党组织引领社区治理现代化的路径选择,以期达到提升党组织引领社区治理现代化的治理能力。The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC pointed out that the construction of the community governance system should be strengthened, the focus of social governance should be shifted to the grass- roots level, the Party organizations to lead grass-roots governance should be reinforced, the role of social organizations should be brought into play, and the benign interaction between government governance, social regulation and residents＇ autonomy should be realized. This paper mainly discusses the path choice of the Party organizations leading the modernization of community governance in line with the aspects of strengthening the top-level design, innovating the leading way of the Party construction, optimizing the leading mechanism of the Party construction, and perfecting the leading guarantee system of the Party construction, in order to improve the governance ability of the Party organizations leading the modernization of community governance.
