摘  要:目的了解血清低密度脂蛋白亚组分和脂蛋白a与其他常规指标间的相关性。方法在南京市某高校医学院招募未发生过心血管事件的学生,测量体格指标(身高、体重、腰围、臀围)并采集空腹血,检测血清血脂七项并通过Lipoprint系统检测低密度脂蛋白亚组分,分析指标间的相关性。结果共纳入84名学生,年龄20~29岁,其中男性40名,女性44名。男性体质指数、腰臀比、极低密度脂蛋白和小而密低密度脂蛋白等均显著高于女性(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1、中间密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白平均粒径均显著低于女性(P<0.05)。该人群中脂蛋白a异常率达27.4%,且仅与高密度脂蛋白呈显著正相关(r=0.265,P=0.015),低密度脂蛋白平均粒径与腰臀比、甘油三酯和小而密低密度脂蛋白等众多指标呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论男性医学生心血管病危险因素多于女性,医学生血清脂蛋白a水平异常率较高。Objective To investigate the correlation among the serum low density lipoprotein subfractions, lipoprotein a and other routine indices. Methods Medical students who didn' t experience cardiovascular events were recruited at a university in Nanjing City, their physical indicators were measured (including height, weight, waist circumference and hip circumference) and fasting blood was collected to detect the seven items of serum lipid. Lipoprint system was used to detect low density lipoprotein suhfractions, the correlation among the indices was analyzed ultimately. Results A total of 84 students (40 male and 44 female) at the age of 20 -29 were enrolled in the study. Levels of body mass index, waist-to-hip ratio, very low density lipoprotein, small dense low density lipoprotein in male were significantly higher than those in female, while levels of high density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein A1, intermediate density lipoprotein and mean low density lipoprotein size in male were significantly lower than those in female (P 〈 0. 05). In this population, the abnormal rate of lipoprotein a reached 27.4% and was only significantly positively correlated with high density lipoprotein (r = 0. 265, P = 0. 015) , and the mean low density lipoprotein size was significantly negatively correlated with waist-to-hip ratio, triglyceride and small dense low density lipoprotein etc. (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Male medical students have more risk factors of angiocardiopathy than young women, and the abnormal rate of serum lipoprotein a in medical students is higher.
