摘　　要：大数据时代,侦查思维既是宏观的也是微观的,既是开放的也是动态的,既是创新的也是有准则的。遵循法治的发展与要求,探究大数据时代侦查思维的转型与优化,对侦查机关战斗力的提升与工作机制的革新有着重要意义。大数据时代,侦查思维面临着各种挑战,只有进行从"后置"到"前瞻",从"保密"到"兼容",从"破案"到"定案",从"局限"到"发散"的转型,才能达到发挥优势、克服劣势、把握机会、消除威胁的目的,使大数据时代信息化侦查工作达到新的高度。In big data era, investigative thinking is macroscopic and microscopic, open and dynamic, innovative and regular. It is of great significance to following the development and requirements of rule of law, explore the transformation and optimization of investigative thinking in big data era in order to improve combat effectiveness of investigation organs and innovate working mechanism. In big data era, investigative thinking is confronted with various challenges. Only by transforming from ＂ postposition ＂ to ＂ foresight ＂, from ＂confidentiality＂ to ＂compatibility＂, from ＂detection＂ to ＂verdict＂, from ＂limitation＂ to ＂divergence＂, can information - based investigation achieve new height for the purpose of giving full play to strengths, overcoming weaknesses, seizin~ oooortunities and eliminating threats.
