论经济犯罪侦查工作中的大数据问题

摘　　要：随着全球现代信息技术的迅猛发展,大数据时代已经到来。人们的思维观念、生活方式、生产经营、管理机制等各方面都发生了巨大变革,经济犯罪的手段和模式也随之发生了新变化,这些都对当前经济犯罪侦查工作提出了新挑战。经济犯罪侦查工作应主动迎接挑战,深入分析经济犯罪侦查工作信息化、数据化方面存在的差距,强化"大数据导侦"理念,充分应用大数据系统,运用数字化手段加强阵地控制,发挥大数据的预测功能,把大数据融入队伍建设,推动大数据真正成为经济犯罪侦查战斗力生成的核心要素,促进经侦水平的有效提升。With the rapid development of global information technology, the era of big data has arrived. Great changes have taken place in people ＂s thinking, lifestyle, production and management, as well as management mechanism. The means and patterns of economic crime have also undergone new changes, which put forward new challenges for the current economic crime investigation. In economic crime investigation, we should take the initiative to meet challenges to conduct in -depth analysis of the gap between IT application and data, strengthen the concept of ＂big data detection＂, make full use of the ＂big data＂ system, using digital means to strengthen position control, play the predictive function of ＂big data＂, integrating ＂big data＂ into team building, in order to promote big data to truly become the core elements of fighting capacity in economic crime investigation, and promote the level of economic crime investigation.
