摘 要:目的:探讨苗药制剂通窍化栓颗粒的药效。方法:通过大鼠颈总动脉结扎法建立大鼠缺血性脑水肿模型、小鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎法建立脑缺血模型、断头法建立小鼠急性脑缺血缺氧模型、结扎下腔静脉法建立大鼠实验性血栓模型,评价通窍化栓颗粒对几种脑缺血模型的影响。结果:与模型组相比,通窍化栓颗粒各剂量组均能改善颈总动脉结扎大鼠的脑水肿状况(P<0.05),增强脑细胞对急性脑缺血缺氧的耐受能力(P<0.05),抑制大鼠实验性血栓的形成(P<0.05)。结论:通窍化栓颗粒主要通过改善脑缺血后脑水肿状况,增强脑细胞对缺血缺氧的耐受能力,抑制血栓的形成而发挥脑保护作用。Objective : To investigate the pharmacodynamics of Miao medicine preparation Tongqiao HuaShuan Granule. Methods : The rat model of ischemic cerebral edema was induced by carotid artery ligation. The model of cerebral ischemia caused by bilateral common carotid arteries was established. The rats were induced by acute cerebral ischemia and hypoxia. Objective to observe the protective effect of Tongqiao HuaShuan Granule on several experimental cerebral ischemia models. Results: Compared with model group, Tongqiao bolt particles of each dose can improve cerebral edema condition ligated rats carotid artery (P 〈0.05), increased tolerance of brain cells in acute cerebral ischemia and hypoxia (P 〈0.05), Inhibit the formation of experimental thrombosis in rats (P 〈0.05). Conchlsion : Tongqiao HuaShuan granule mainly through the improvement of brain edema after cerebral ischemia, increase the tolerance of brain cells to ischemia and hypoxia,play a protective role of the brain.
