壮医药线点灸联合灵龟八法针刺治疗偏头痛25例

摘　　要：目的:比较壮医药线点灸联合灵龟八法针刺治疗偏头痛与常规西药治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法,将50例偏头痛患者分为观察组及对照组各25例,观察组患者以壮医药线点灸联合灵龟八法针刺治疗,对照组患者口服常规西药(盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊)治疗,比较两组患者近期和远期疗效。结果:观察组患者的近期疗效和远期疗效的基本恢复率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但将观察组的显效率、有效率及总有效率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:壮医药线点灸联合灵龟八法针刺治疗偏头痛在总有效率上与常规西药治疗相比无明显差异,但在临床基本恢复情况上,壮医药线点灸联合灵龟八法针刺更优。Objective：To compare the clinical effect of Moxibustion of Zhuang Medicine combined with Lingguibafa in the treatment of migraine with western medicine in the treatment of migraine. Methods ： 50 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group by using the random digital table and each group has 25 cases. The observation group using the Moxibustion of Zhuang Medicine combined with Lingguibafa treatment and control group were treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules. The short term and long-term effects of the two groups were compared. Results ： The short-term and long-term effects of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：The total effective rate of Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion combined with Linggui Bafa acupuncture in treating migraine is not significantly different from that of routine western medicine, but in clinical recovery, Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion combined with Linggui Bafa acupuncture is hetter.
