摘 要:采用电化学测试和浸泡实验研究了不同组织X65钢在酸性土壤模拟溶液中的交流腐蚀行为。结果表明:不同组织X65钢的腐蚀电流密度随交流电流密度的增加而增加,相比热轧组织和退火组织,正火组织和淬火组织的腐蚀电流密度呈现出更大的增加趋势。热轧组织的腐蚀形态为全面腐蚀,另加轻微的点蚀;正火组织和淬火组织则呈现出密集的点蚀特征,腐蚀严重;退火组织的腐蚀特征表现为非均匀腐蚀,且有一些点蚀存在。交流干扰下不同组织钢具有不同耐腐蚀性,热轧组织的耐腐蚀性最佳,其次为退火组织,正火组织的耐腐蚀性最差,表明X65钢的交流腐蚀行为与其微观组织密切相关。Alternating current(AC) corrosion behavior of X65 steel with different microstructure in simulated solution of acidic soil was studied by electrochemical test and immersion test. The results show that the corrosion current density of the X65 pipeline steel with different microstructure increases with increase of AC current density. Compared with the steel with hot rolled microstructure and annealed microstructure, the corrosion current density of the steel with normalized microstructure and quenched microstructure shows a larger increasing trend. The corrosion behavior of the steel with hot rolled microstructure is full corrosion with slight pitting corrosion; the steel with normalized structure and quenched microstructure shows dense pitting corrosion characteristics, indicating the corrosion degree is severe; the corrosion characteristics of the steel with annealed microstructure are inhomogeneous corrosion with some pitting corrosion. The corrosion resistance of the steel with different microstructure under AC interference is different. Among them, the corrosion resistance of the steel with hot rolled microstructure is the best, that with the annealed structure is the second best, and the corrosion resistance of normalized microstructure is the worst, indicating that the AC corrosion behavior of the X65 steel is closely related to its microstructure.
