摘  要:利用有限元软件ANSYS建立规格为?586 mm×72 mm的A335P92钢厚壁管焊接接头感应加热的电磁-热耦合数值模型,通过开发自动热追踪算法程序计算并分析钢管焊接接头局部焊后热处理内外壁温差以及截面温度场分布。对模型进行验证后,进一步分析了加热宽度、线圈匝数、频率、内壁换热系数对管道局部焊后热处理温度场的影响规律。结果表明,感应加热具有明显的集肤效应,在居里点出现明显的温度波动;加热宽度(线圈布置宽度)大于600 mm时,改变线圈匝数(n=10~30)、电磁频率(H=1000~3000 Hz)对管道内外壁温差影响不明显;内壁换热系数是管道内外壁温差的关键影响因素。A electromagnetic and thermal coupling numerical model of induction heating of A335 P92 steel thick wall pipe welded joint was established by using finite element software ANSYS. The temperature difference between the inner and outer wall and the distribution of cross-section temperature field in the local post-weld heat treatment of welded steel pipe joints were analyzed by an automatic thermal tracing algorithm program. After verification of the model, the effects of heating width, number of coils/coil gap, frequency and heat transfer coefficient of inner wall on the local heat treatment temperature field of the steel pipe were analyzed. The results show that the induction heating has obvious skin effect and the obvious temperature fluctuation occurs at Curie-point temperature; when the heating width(coil layout width) is greater than 600 mm, the change of number of coils(n=10-30) and electromagnetic frequency(H=1000-3000 Hz) has little effect on the temperature difference between the outer and inner walls of the steel pipe; and the heat transfer coefficient of the inner wall is the key factor affecting the temperature difference between the inner and outer walls of the steel pipe.
