摘　　要：通过铁路行业在用减振器基本结构、工作原理及国内外发展现状的调研,总结了国内铁路行业减振器的使用现状;文章主要结合铁路行业减振器的特殊工况、用油现状以及实际使用中出现的故障,阐述了国内铁路行业减振器油的性能需求、发展现状、评价方法及国内外差距,提出了国内开展铁路行业减振器油研发的必要性及建议和展望。Through the investigation on the basic structure,working principle,domestic and foreign development situation of the damper in the railway industry,the present situation of damper used in domestic railway industry was summarized. Combined with the special working conditions,oil consumption status and failures in actual use on the railway damper,the performance demand,development status,evaluation methods and the gap of the damper oil in domestic railway industry were reviewed. The necessity of study,some suggestions and prospection of the damper oil in railway industry of our country were put forward.
