摘 要:对于已生产多年的工业企业,为提升生产效率,降低生产成本,需要对现有的生产工艺进行技术升级改造,但是在改造实施过程中,特别是增加各种设备或构筑物的基础,会受到现场各种条件的限制,采用何种基础形式,就要根据工勘报告的土质情况并结合现场的实际地表环境进行方案设计。技术改造工程中,采用人工挖孔桩基作为设备基础的受力承载形式,并从方案设计、方案实施、问题及处理措施、提出建议等方面进行探讨。For the industrial enterprises that have been produced for many years, in order to improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost, it is necessary to upgrade the existing production technology, but in the process of reform and implementation, especially the foundation of various equipment or structures, which will be restricted by various conditions in the field and what kind of basis is adopted In the form of foundation, it is necessary to carry out the scheme design according to the soil quality of the geological survey report and the actual surface environment of the site.In this paper, in the technical transformation project the artificial excavation pile foundation is used as the beating beating form of the equipment base, and the project design, the scheme implementation, the problems and the treatment measures and suggestions are discussed.
