摘 要:目的:考察书写表达对大学新生幸福感的影响,探索促进新生适应的有效手段。方法:采用混合设计,将232名某医学院新生分为3组分别进行为期10周的干预。结果:测试时间(F=3.385,P〈0.05)和书写表达类型(F=4.679,P〈0.05)均对被试的主观幸福感有显著影响。在第5周时,记录感恩事件和任意事件被试的主观幸福感的优势最明显。结论:记录感恩事件和任意事件均有利于提升主观幸福感。Objective:To explore the influence of recoding grateful events,negative events and arbitrary events on happiness,and effective ways to improve freshmen's happiness.Methods:A 10-week experimental study examined the subjective well-being of 232 freshmen in a medical college who regularly practiced three exercises:Recoding grateful events,recording negative events and recoding arbitrary events.Results:Time of measurement and type of writing and expression had effects on subjective well-being(F=3.385,4.469,P0.05)Practices of recoding grateful events and arbitrary events boosted subjective well-being more effectively at fifth week(F=3.385,P0.05).Conclusion:Recording arbitrary events and grateful events may improve subjective well-being.
