摘 要:为提高自制的低熔点热塑性弹性体LCX的综合性能,通过溶度参数差值(Δδ)、抗迁移性分析、拉伸测试、流变测试、动态力学分析(DMA)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)及扫描电镜(SEM),研究了15~#矿物油(D80)、26~#矿物油(D100)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DHP)、癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)、液体聚丁二烯(LPBd)对LCX的增塑效果。结果表明,D80、D100及DHP无法用作LCX的增塑剂,DOS及LPBd具有较好的抗迁移性,与LCX具有较好的相容性,可显著提升LCX的低温性能,降低LCX的熔点及熔体粘度,其中复配增塑剂DOS/LPBd对LCX的增塑效果最好,胶片LCX/DOS/LPBd(增塑比为2/1/1)具有最优的综合性能,可满足热塑性推进剂的使用要求。In order to improve the overall performances of the our novel low melting point thermoplastic elastomer (LCX) , the plasticizing effect of No. 15^# mineral oil (DS0) , No.26^# mineral oil (D100) , diethyl phthalate ( DHP ) , dioctyl sebaeate (DOS) and liquid polybutadiene(LPBd) on LCX has been studied through the methods of the solubility parameter, anti-migration analyses, tensile tests, theological tests, dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) , differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) , thermogravimetric a- nalysis(TGA) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) techniques. The results show that the DSO, D100 and DHP can not be used as plasticizers for LCX. The DOS and LPBd have good migration resistance and great compatibility with LCX.The DOS and LPBd could lower the melting point of LCX and its viscosity in melt state and improve the performance of low temperature of LCX signifi- cantly.The plasticizing agent DOS/LPBd has the best plasticizing effect on LCX.The adhesive film LCX/DOS/LPBd( plasticizing ra- tion:2/1/ 1 ) has the best overall performances, which can satisfy the requirements of the criteria for thermoplastic propellant appli- cations.
