摘 要:综述了近年来微波固化技术的发展和研究情况。对微波固化机理研究现状进行了总结,探讨了微波固化过程对炭纤维复合材料玻璃化转变温度、界面结合性能、力学性能、产物孔隙率等方面的影响。目前,微波固化过程是否存在"非致热效应"仍有很大的争论。微波固化过程可以提高复合材料玻璃化转变温度,改善炭纤维与树脂基体界面结合性能,然而,微波固化产物中孔隙的存在将严重影响材料力学性能。为改善固化产物质量,首先应当避免炭纤维复合材料微波固化过程中的"打火现象",其次,保证微波固化过程温度分布均匀,并改进固化工艺。微波固化技术具有很大的发展前景,随着炭纤维复合材料制造呈现模块化、一体化成型趋势,能够固化质量可靠、结构复杂、形状复杂的大型构件是微波固化技术的发展方向。In this paper, the development of microwave curing technology in recent years has been reviewed. The proposed mechanisms on microwave curing have been summarized.The microwave curing process has many effects on the glass transition tem- perature, interfacial bonding properties,mechanical properties and void contents in carbon fiber composites.At present,there is still great controversy over whether there is a "non-heating effect" in the microwave curing process or not.The microwave curing process can increase the glass transition temperature of the composites and improve the interfacial bonding performances between the carbon fibers and the resin matrix.However, the presence of voids in the microwave cured products would affect the mechanical properties of resulted materials.In order to improve the quality of the cured products, the "Arcing" Arcing in the microwave curing processes of the carbon fiber composite materials should be avoided.The temperature distribution in the microwave curing processes should be uni- form, and the curing process should be improved.The microwave curing technology has great potential for a further development.The manufacture of carbon fiber composite materials gradually shows a trend of modularization and integration.The aim of the research on microwave solidification technology is to cure large parts with reliable quality, complicated structures and complicated shapes.
