有机短纤维用量和取向对EPDM绝热层性能的影响

摘　　要：研究了芳纶纤维和聚酰亚胺纤维用量和取向方向对绝热层力学性能、收缩率和耐烧蚀性能的影响,并采用高过载模拟烧蚀发动机研究纤维取向对抗冲刷性能的影响。结果表明,与芳纶纤维相比,采用聚酰亚胺纤维显著提高EPDM绝热层力学性能和耐烧蚀性能,降低断裂伸长率的各向异性;两种纤维用量相同时,绝热层收缩率基本相当,且随着纤维用量的增加,垂直出片方向的收缩率由4.5%降低至3%并趋于稳定,而平行出片方向收缩率基本无明显变化,约0.1%;与平行制样工艺相比,采用立式制样工艺有效降低绝热层氧乙炔线烧蚀率,降幅在20%～35%;在高过载地面模拟实验发动机试验下,立式铺设绝热层的线烧蚀率较水平铺设的绝热层显著降低约30%,有效提高了绝热层的抗冲刷性能。The effects of content and orientation of both aramid fiber and polyimide short-fiber fillers on the mechanical proper- ties, size shrinkage and ablative properties of the filled EPDM insulations were investigated, respectively.The ablative properties of o- rientation of both aramid fiber and polyimide short-fibers in EPDM insulations were simulated in presence of the burning gases of solid propellauts for high acceleration experimental rocket motors.Results showed that the mechanical properties and the ablative re- sistance of PI fiber-filled EPDM insulations were obviously improved, which is better than those of aramid fiber filled ones. It obvi- ously reduced the anisotropy of their elongation at break.The size shrinkage ratio of EPDM insulations were maintained at the same level and content of two kinds of organic fibers.With the increase of fibers content, the size shrinkage ratio of EPDM insulations per- pendicular to the rolling direction was reduced from 4.5% to 3%, and then it tends to stabilize, whereas it doesn＇t show obviously size changing （0.1% ） on the direction,parallel to the rolling processing.When the insulation sheets are arranged vertically,their lin- ear ablating rates are reduced by 20%- 35%, as compared to those processed on the horizontal direction by oxy-acetylene flame tes- tiug.Acceleration experimental rocket motors test shows that the linear ablation rate of the insulations, with laying the insulation sheets on vertically obviously,is reduced by 30% than those of laying on horizontal.
