错齿类翅片成形模设计及加工工艺改进

摘　　要：针对错齿类翅片成形模生产成本高、翅片质量差、模具使用寿命低的问题,提出了从模具结构和加工工艺上进行改进,提高了产品质量、降低了加工成本、提高了模具使用寿命。Aimming at the hing production cost of the offset strip fin forming die,the poorquality of the products and the service life of the die is low.In this paper,it was proposed toimprove the die structure and processing technology,to improve the quality of the products and toreduce the processing cost,to improve the service life of the die.
