摘 要:在流通市场实体店和各大主要网络平台采取一次性塑料餐饮具样本120批次,采用相关标准的评估方法对产品的质量安全进行风险监测分析。结果为:蒸发残渣(4%乙酸和正己烷)指标为低等风险,荧光性物质和塑化剂(DEHP、DINP、DBP、DAP)指标为中等风险。以单项监测项目的最高风险等级为最终风险等级为原则,最终确认此次一次性塑料餐饮具产品质量安全综合风险为中等风险,表明目前市场上的一次性塑料餐饮具产品质量安全可以接受,但要采取必要的控制措施。This paper chooses the 120 batches of samples of disposable plastic tableware from stores in circulation market and major network platforms, conducts product quality safety risk monitoring and analysis by the evaluation method of relevant standards. The result shows that the evaporation residue(4% acetic acid and n-hexane) index has lower risks, fluorescent material and plasticizer(DEHP, DINP, DBP, DAP) indexes have medium risks. With the highest risk level of individual monitoring items as the principle of ultimate risk level, the comprehensive product quality and safety risk of disposable plastic tableware is finally confirmed as medium risk, which indicates that disposable plastic tableware currently on the market has acceptable product quality and safety, but should take necessary control measures.
