中医火罐清洗消毒纳入集中管理的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨综合性医院中医针灸科火罐的最佳清洗消毒方式。方法选择2017年10月10-15日某综合性医院中医针灸科使用过的火罐300只进行消毒研究,随机分为对照组和实验组,各150只。对照组采用自来水清洗用含氯消毒剂浸泡消毒,实验组采用进医院消毒供应中心集中机器清洗和热力消毒,比较两组消毒后的细菌检测培养结果;对采用以上两种清洗方法后外观目测加放大镜检查火罐的清洗消毒质量及对两组的劳动率及患者使用情况进行评价。结果对照组合格率为80.00%(120/150)低于实验组100.00%(150/150)(P<0.001);采用两种清洗消毒方法后目测加放大镜,对照组经保洁人员清洗的火罐外观不清亮、有水迹,合格率为78.00%(117/150)。实验组采用进医院消毒供应中心清洗消毒的火罐大多外观清亮、无水迹,合格率为99.33%(149/150),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);实验组清洗消毒用时(38.60±1.95)min少于对照组(223.20±8.76)min(P<0.001)。使用两组火罐的人群,均无皮肤不适及感染发生。结论将中医火罐纳入消毒供应中心集中管理,可有效提高火罐的清洗消毒质量,从而保证医疗质量。OBJECTIVE To discuss the best way of cleaning and disinfecting cups for traditional Chinese medicine cupping.METHODS 300 cupping cups used in acupuncture department from Oct.10 to 15,2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 150 cups in each group.The control group was first hand-washed with tap water and then disinfected in chlorine disinfectant.The experimental group was machinewashed and disinfected by thermal disinfection in the hospital disinfection and supply center.The results of bacterial culture after disinfection were compared between the two groups.After using the above two cleaning methods,the cleaning and disinfection quality of the cupping cups was visually inspected with a magnifying glass and the labor efficiency of the two groups as well as patient usage was evaluated.RESULTS The bacterial culture results showed a lower qualified rate of the control group（80.00%,120/150）as compared to the experimental group（100.00%,150/150）.The difference was significant（P〈0.001）.The results of visually inspection found that the cupping cups of the control grop were not clear and had water stain,and the qualified rate was 78.00%（117/150）.In contrast,the cupping cups of the experimental group were clear and had no water stain,and the qualified rate was 99.33%（149/150）.The difference was significant（P〈0.001）.The labor efficiency of the two groups was compared,and the time of experimental group was（38.60±1.95）min,less than that of the control group（223.20±8.76）min（P〈0.001）.CONCLUSION Centralized management of traditional Chinese Medicine cupping cups in the hospital disinfection and supply center will raise the quality of cleaning and guarantee the quality of medical treatment.
