摘　　要：工业用地与社会经济发展其他要素的配置结构直接影响其经济贡献效率,基于空间计量分析法研究珠三角、长三角和京津冀地区工业用地的经济贡献率,旨在探讨工业用地管理制度的改革路径和方向。研究表明:(1)工业用地的经济贡献率存在地区差异,工业用地的投入对京津冀和长三角地区的经济增长具有推动作用,对珠三角地区的经济增长具有负面效应;(2)工业用地的经济贡献率是工业用地生产关系与土地管理制度相互作用的关键,珠三角地区工业用地资源供给已过剩,目前科学技术等其他生产要素的投入是促进该地区工业经济发展的要素。因此,需要深化土地使用制度改革,创新国土规划的协调机制。建议构建空间用途管制与协调制度、建设相应的信息联动与预警平台,这对于提升国土资源利用效率,优化国土资源空间规划具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。The purpose of this paper is to explore the direction and path of industrial land management system reform, by analyzing the economic contribution rate on industrial land of Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in 2009-2014 based on spatial econometric model method, which the allocation structure of industrial land and social and economic development factors directly affects its economic contribution. Results： （1）There are Regional differences in spatial performance of intensive utilization of industrial land. The industrial land input of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yangtze river delta region has a role in promoting economic growth, but there has a negative effect on the economy of the Pearl River Delta growth. （2）The economic contribution rate of industrial land is the result of the interaction between the production of industrial land and the land management system. The supply of industrial land resources in the Pearl River Delta has been oversupplied, and other factors such as the level of science and technology are the elements to promote the development of the industrial economy in the region. Therefore it is necessary to ret＇orm of land use system and innovate the coordination rnechanism of land planning. This paper put tbrward to build space-use control and coordination system, and the Information linkage and early warning platform, which can optimize the utilization efficiency of land resources. This is of great theoretical significance and practical significance for Spatial Planning of land resources.
