摘  要:当前我国城市居民职住空间变化日益剧烈并影响城市空间布局。采用基于重力模型的两步移动搜索法,对广州市中心城区2000、2005、2010和2015年4个时间节点职住空间演变及其行业差异进行了研究。研究表明:广州市就业可达性总体上行业差异显著,制造业缓慢上升,传统服务业日益下降,现代服务业和房地产业大幅上升,公共服务业相对稳定。就业可达性整体呈"中心—外围"格局且趋向均衡,制造业和传统服务业就业可达性趋于均衡,但现代服务业和房地产业趋于极化,公共服务业则相对稳定。与欧美城市相比,制造业就业可达性的郊区化变化有较强相似性,而服务业的向心集聚性则表现出相反的变化特征。最后针对不同行业职住空间的差异特征提出了分类优化的对策,制造业职住合一程度较高,应逐步向郊区迁移;服务业职住分离程度较高,应改善交通通勤,优化出行方式。The tremendous changes of job-housing space in urban China have influenced urban spatial structure largely. Using job accessibility, this paper analyses spatial evolution of job-housing relationship and its differentiation in different sectors in central area of Guangzhou in 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2015 respectively. The results may contribute to enrich empirical research cases of job-housing from perspectives of time-space changes and sector differences. Main conclusions are: First, job accessibility increased totally but different in sectors, manufacture sector increased slowly, traditional service sector declined, modern service and realty industry grew up fast, public service grew steadily. Second, job accessibility showed "center-periphery" characteristics and distributed more and more balance, in which manufacture and traditional service sectors were smoothly changed, but modern service and realty industry were unevenly changed, while public service was steadily changes. Third, compare to western cities, manufacture sectors are much similar, but tertiary sectors are in contrast. Finally, some suggestions were provided for optimizing urban spatial structure in Guangzhou, manufacture sectors should move to suburb area gradually as the job and housing space were relatively coincident; tertiary sectors should adjust their commuting mode as the job and housing space were relatively separated.
