摘 要:1998—2000年的高等教育管理体制改革,我国将400余所行业高校划转地方。20年来,在外部环境变迁的冲击下,"行业划转院校"先后进行了"去行业化"和"再行业化"转型。以三所大学作为案例,探讨"行业划转院校"的组织转型发现,三所行业院校划转地方后,均经历了一个"去行业化"与"再行业化"的组织转型过程。在"去行业化"的阶段,学校向多科性地方大学发展,行业色彩逐步淡化。随着高等教育由外延扩张走向内涵发展,特色大学越来越受到公共政策的支持,背靠行业打造比较优势成为这类学校的战略选择,"行业划转院校"进入"再行业化"阶段。究其原因,变化中的环境是"行业划转院校"组织变革的外部动力;组织的认知方式影响其对环境的感知,从而影响组织变革;组织的文化传统影响组织变革。Under the reform of the higher education management system(1998-2000),more than 400 industry'shigher educational institutions were transferred to local governments in China. Over the past 20 years,under the impact ofexternal environment change,the "transfer institutions" were transformed successively toward "de-industrialization" and "re-industrialization." Three universities are used as cases to explore organizational transformation of "transferinstitutions". It is found that after the three institutions were transferred to local government,they both experienced theorganizational transformation process of "de-industrialization" and "re-industrialization." In the "de-industrialization" stage,they developed into multi-disciplinary local universities with their industrial features gradually weakened. With thetransformation of higher education from extended expansion to connotation development,universities with unique featuresare increasingly supported by public policies,and their strategic choice is to rely on the industry to create comparativeadvantages. At this point,the "transfer institutions" entered the "re-industrialization" stage. The reason for this is that thechanging environment is the external impetus for institutional changes in "transfer institutions". The cognitive style of theorganization influences its perception of the environment and thus influences the organizational changes.;Organizationalcultural traditions also pose impact on the organizational changes.
