摘　　要：基于利益共容机制把案例库和专利库建设有机结合作为校企合作平台,高校提供专利库,通过技术转移中心转让给企业;企业提供案例库,借助产学研基地供给高校。校企双方在"共赢"条件下完成深度融合是一种可操作途径。专利库和案例库建设中借助课程体系和创新体系,可较好完成培养学生解决复杂工程问题能力目标,充分体现OBE教育理念。燕山大学土木工程学科校企合作具体操作方式和实际效果,对合作模式推广具有一定借鉴意义。On the basis of encompassing interest mechanism,the organic combination of case library and patent library can be the platform of school-enterprise cooperation.The patent library provided by the universities can be transferred to enterprises by their center of technology transformation.Meanwhile,the case library provided by the enterprises can be supplied to universities by the production,education research base.The deep integration of universities and enterprises is fulfilled by the＂win-win＂mode which is a feasible way for school-enterprise cooperation.The target of training students′skills of solving complicated engineering problems can be achieved by means of curriculum system and innovation system in the construction of case library and patent library,which fully embodies the essence of OBE education idea.Taking the civil engineering discipline in Yanshan university as an example,this paper introduces the specific measures and achievements of its school-enterprise cooperation,which can be helpful for the promotion of this cooperation mode.
