摘　　要：目的：研究α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法：选取我院2016年3月-2017年6月收治的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者，随机分为对照组和研究组各32例，对照组采用甲钴胺治疗，研究组选用Ⅸ一硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗；比较两组治疗总有效率与神经传导速度。结果：研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05），研究组神经传导速度改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：Ⅱ型糖尿病周围神经病变治疗中α-硫辛酸与甲钴胺的应用效果显著，值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of alpha lipoic acid and Mecobalamin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods The control group was treated with mecobalamin and the study group was treated with alpha lipoic acid and Mecobalamin, and the total effective rate and nerve conduction velocity in the two groups of patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the study group was higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of alpha lipoic acid and Mecobalamin in treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy is remarkable, and is worthy of popularization and application.
