摘　　要：目的检测肿瘤坏死因子超家族15（TNFSF15）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）及生存素（Survivin）在非小细胞肺癌中的表达，分析三者与患者临床病理特征及远期生存时间的相关性。方法免疫组织化学检测150例非小细胞肺癌组织芯片中癌及癌旁组织，免疫组织化学检测VEGF、Survivin的表达，免疫荧光检测TNFSF15的表达水平，分析三者的表达水平与患者临床病理特征及远期生存时间的相关性。结果非小细胞肺癌患者癌组织中VEGF、Survivin表达水平显著高于癌旁组织，而TNFSF15的表达则与之相反，Survivin的阳性表达[风险比（HR）：0．122；95％置信区间（CI）：0．015～0．979；P=0．040]，TNFSFl5的低表达（HR：0．418；95％CI：0．196～0．889；P=0．020）及多枚淋巴结转移（HR：0．317；95％CI：0．131～0．769；P=0．010）与患者的生存时间明显相关。结论TNFSFl5的低水平表达及Survivin的高表达与患者的不良预后明显相关。Objective To investigate the expression of tumor necrosis factor superfamily 15 （TN- FSF15）, vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and Survivin in non -small cell lung cancer （ NSCLC ） and analyze the correlation between them and the long - term survival of patients. Methods The expression of VEGF and Survivin were detected by immunohistochemical method in 150 cases of NSCLC tissues and adjacent tissues, while immunofluorescence method was used to detect the expression of TNFSF15 in the tissue microarray, and then statistical methods was applied to analyse the correlation of clinicopathological characteristics and survival time. Results The level of VEGF and Survivin in carcino- ma were significantly higher than that of adjacent tissues, while the expression of TNFSF15 was the opposite, and the positive expression of Survivin [ hazard ratio （HR） ： 0. 122; 95% confidence interval （CI） ： 0. 015 -0. 979; P =0. 040], the low expression of TNFSF15 （HR： 0. 418; 95% CI： 0. 196 -0. 889; P = 0. 020 ） and lymph node metastases （ HR ： 0. 317 ; 95 % CI： 0. 131 - 0. 769 ; P = 0. 010 ） were significantly correlated with the survival time of patients. Conclusion High level expression of Survivin and low expression of TNFSF15 are associated with poor prognosis of NSCLC patients.
