摘  要:目前,心脏瓣膜病主要的治疗方式为瓣膜置换,生物瓣膜植入宿主后存在远期衰败钙化的问题,成为制约心脏瓣膜置换疗效的主要因素。内皮祖细胞作为成熟内皮细胞的前体细胞,参与胚胎时期的血管生成和出生后的血管及内皮新生。内皮祖细胞促进内皮再生的功能为解决生物瓣远期衰败钙化问题提供了新的方向,其是否可以促进植入宿主的生物瓣膜再内皮化,进而在体内生长重塑,成为目前研究的热点之一。Valve replacement has become the main treatment of valvular heart disease, but biological valve has been suffered from the problem of progressive degeneration and calcification after implantation, which is the main factor restricting the efficacy of heart valve replacement. Endothelial progenitor cells as precursor cells of mature endothelial cells, involved in embryonic angiogencsis and postnatal vascular and endothelial neoplasms. The function of endothelial progenitor cells to promote endothelial regeneration provides a new direction to solve the problem. Whether it can promote the re - endothelialization of implanted biological valve, and grow and reshape in the body, has become the hotsDot.
