摘  要:多糖是植物体内的重要能源物质之一,参与了植物体内的许多新陈代谢活动,具有丰富的生物学功能。多糖也是中药中含量最高的一类成分,其广泛的生物活性陆续被发现。本文从多糖的提取分离方法、除杂质蛋白质方法、含量测定、生物活性四个方面进行了阐述,对其应用前景作了介绍;并论述了多糖不但是很好的免疫调节剂,也将在人类消除疾病过程中发挥巨大的作用;同时文章也为多糖的更深入研究提供部分理论基础,为中药多糖的进一步开发研究提供科学依据。Polysaccharide is one of the most important energy substances in plants. It participates in many metabolic activities and has rich biological functions. Polysaccharide is also one of the highest components in traditional Chinese medicine,and its extensive biological activity has been discovered. In this paper,the methods of extracting and separating polysaccharides,the methods of removing impurities and proteins,the content determination and the bioactivity of polysaccharides are described. The application prospect of polysaccharides is also introduced. The polysaccharides are not only good immunomodulators,but also play an important role in the process of eliminating diseases. At the same time,the article also provides some theoretical basis for the further study of polysaccharides,and provides a scientific basis for the further development of polysaccharides in traditional Chinese medicine.
