摘　　要：本文对当前国际基准利率的发展现状及存在的问题,金融危机之后英国、美国、欧元区等发达国家和地区基准利率改革的最新进展情况进行了系统总结,并对我国主要货币市场基准利率的形成机制进行了比较分析。This paper analyzes the current status and existing problems of the international benchmark interest rates and the latest progress of the benchmark interest rate reform in developed countries and regions such as the United Kingdom, the United States, the euro area and other developed countries after the financial crisis. It also compares the formation mechanism of the main benchmark interest rates China＇s monetary market.
