香港“绿色金融认证计划”的启示

摘　　要：当前,中国内地绿色金融发展中面临着绿色标准体系有待统一、环境信息披露以及第三方评估制度尚未健全的问题。内地可借鉴中国香港绿色金融认证的做法和经验,加快构建统一、清晰、可执行的绿色金融认证标准,制定和出台绿色金融认证的实施细则,同时兼顾绿色金融认证国际标准的一致性和新兴经济体绿色金融发展的特殊性。At present, the development of green finance in the Mainland faces the problems that green standard system remained to be unified, environmental information disclosure and third-party assessment systems. The Mainland can draw from Hong Kong＇s green financial certification practices and experience to speed up the establishment of a unified, clear and enforceable green financial certification standards, formulate and promulgate regulations for the implementation of green financial certification and take into account the consistency of international standards for green financial certification and the specificity of green financial development in emerging economies.
