摘 要:目的:探讨佛山地区婴幼儿湿疹与食物特异性IgG的相关性。方法:选择256例婴幼儿湿疹患者,通过酶联免疫吸附法饵LIsA)方法检测其血清中14种食物特异性IgG抗体水平,并与100名健康婴幼儿作对照。结果:经检测,湿疹婴幼儿食物特异性IgG阳性率为90.6%,显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。其中以牛奶(83.1%)、鸡蛋(32.3%)、西红柿(29.2%)阳性率较高。结论:婴幼儿湿疹患者食物不耐受阳性率明显高于健康人群,提示婴幼儿湿疹与食物不耐受现象有密切相关。食物不耐受的程度及种类排序,对本地区患儿的饮食指导有重要意义。Objective: To discuss the relationship between infants eczema and food-specific IgG in Foshan. Methods: Serum samples of 256 infants with eczema were collected for food intolerance. Allergen-specific IgG antibodies to 14 foods were detected using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Serum samples of 100 healthy infants were as control. Results: Among the eczema infants, the positive rate of food specific IgG was 90.6%, which significandy higher than the control group (P〈0.05). The positive rates of milk, egg and tomato were the highest, accounting for 83.1%, 32.3% and 29.2%. Conclusion: There are correlation between infant eczema and food intolerance.
