摘 要:从科技潜力、科技投入、科技产出、科技与经济社会发展的协调程度等4个方面对华东地区六省一市的科技竞争力进行比较与分析,全面揭示福建省科技竞争力的实际状况,为福建省科技发展规划提供参考依据。结果表明,福建省科技活动产出水平不断提高,高技术产业规模逐步增大,科技进步呈现出良好的势头,但在华东地区各省(市)中的科技竞争力处于弱势地位。最后提出提升福建省科技竞争力的政策和建议。This article makes a comparative and analytic study on six provinces in East China city science and technology competitiveness from the potential of science and technology, science and technology investment, science and technology output, the coordination degree of technology , economic and social development. The actual situation of Fujian province science and technology competitiveness was comprehensively revealed, provide a reference for science and technology de- velopment planning of Fujian province. The results showed: Fujian province science and technology output and constantly improve the level of high - tech industry scale increasing, the progress of science and technology has shown a good momen- tum, but science and technology competitiveness in a weak position on East China provinces (cities) . Finally, put forward suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of science and technology of Fujian Province.
