基于专利分析的产业发展对策研究——以有机分离膜为例

摘　　要：以专利分析为视角,强调专利分析支撑产业发展的价值,归纳重要的专利分析方法,指明基于专利分析提出产业对策的要点,并以有机分离膜技术的专利情况为例,从宏观、中观和微观3个层面入手,结合中外对比,揭示膜产业发展的5个趋势特征,提出布局上游专利、降低风险水平、促进技术转移、加强协同创新等对策建议。From patent analysis perspective, the paper emphasized the value of patent analysis in supporting the develop- ment of the industry, summed up important patent analysis methods and indicated the main points of the proposed industrial strategy based on patent analysis. With organic separation membrane as an example, the paper conducted patent analysis from a macro - meso - micro view. Combined with the comparison between China and foreign countries, five characteristics of the development of membrane industry are revealed and the corresponding strategies are orooosed.
