摘 要:国家自主创新能力主要取决于科技创新人员的实力。通过GeoDa软件和R语言,运用空间计量分析方法研究我国科技创新人员的空间集聚与溢出效应及其相关影响因素。研究结果表明:我国科技创新人员具有空间相关性和空间依赖性,呈现出空间聚集效应和溢出效应,并且主要受区域经济发展水平、科研环境水平、文化教育水平及城市化水平的影响,此外,还受邻近地区科技人员聚集的影响。The national independent innovation ability mainly depends on the strength of science and technology innovation personnel. This paper studies the spatial agglomeration and spillover effect of scientific and technological innovators in China and its related influencing factors through spatial econometric analysis, by means of GeoDa software and R language. The results show that, the scientific and technological innovators in China have spatial correlation and spatial dependence, showing spatial aggregation effect and spillover effect, mainly due to the level of regional economic development, the level of scientific research environment, the level of culture and education and the level of urbanization, in addition to the concentration of scientific and technological personnel in neighboring areas.
