基于吸收能力中介作用的知识获取与区域创新能力研究

摘　　要：基于我国30个省份2002—2015年的面板数据,探究产学研合作、国内技术购买、国外技术引进3种知识获取方式对区域创新能力的影响,以及吸收能力在其中的中介作用。研究发现:从各省份看,3种知识获取方式对区域创新能力均具有显著的正向影响,吸收能力在产学研合作、国内技术购买对区域创新能力的影响关系中均具有部分中介作用,在国外技术引进对区域创新能力的影响关系中具有完全中介作用;从省份组群看,3种知识获取方式对区域创新能力的影响存在差异,中创新能力组群中的吸收能力在产学研合作、国内技术购买与区域创新能力之间均具有部分中介作用,而高、低创新能力组群中的吸收能力在各知识获取方式与区域创新能力之间均不存在中介作用。最后,有针对性地提出相关策略建议。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2002 to 2015, this paper research on the influence of three ways of knowledge acquisition on regional innovation capacity, including industry-university-research cooperation, domestic technology purchase and foreign technology introduction, and the intermediary effect of absorptive capacity in it. We find that, from the perspective of each province, all the three ways of knowledge acquisition have significant positive impact on regional innovation capacity; and absorptive capacity plays a part intermediary role in the relationship between industry-university-research cooperation and domestic technology purchase on regional innovation capacity, and plays a full intermediary role in the influence of foreign technology introduction on regional innovation capacity. The influence of the three ways of knowledge acquisition on the regional innovation capacity is different in there clusters of provinces; in the cluster with the middle innovation capacity, absorptive capacity plays a part intermediary role between industry-university-research cooperation, domestic technology purchase and regional innovation capacity, while in the clusters with high and low innovation capacity, there is no intermediary effect of absorptive capacity between each way of knowledge acquisition and regional innovation capacity. Finally, this paper puts forward relevant strategies and suggestions.
