摘 要:目的探讨抗HPV生物蛋白敷料治疗HPV高危感染合并宫颈CIN Ⅰ的临床疗效。方法收集2017年1月~2017年6月间在本院门诊就诊HPV高危感染合并宫颈CIN Ⅰ患者160例,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组80例,采用抗HPV生物蛋白敷料阴道上药,每次1支,隔日1次,每月10次为1个疗程,连用3个疗程;对照组80例,给予观察不使用药物。结果治疗后6个月,试验组总有效率(80.95%)优于对照组(46.67%);试验组宫颈脱落细胞学检查转阴率(80.77%)优于对照组(31.58%);治疗后3个月和6个月,试验组HPV-DNA的负荷量均明显减少,减少程度明显优于对照组;以上三项两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论抗HPV生物蛋白敷料治疗HPV高危感染合并宫颈CIN Ⅰ临床疗效显著,无不良反应。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of anti-HPV biological dressing in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection with CIN Ⅰ. Methods 160 cases, who were hospitalized in our hospital and were diagnosed with high risk of HPV infection and cervical CIN Ⅰ in clinics from January 2017 to June 2017, were collected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group had 80 cases, who were treated with one Anti-HPV biological dressing on every other day, 10 times a month as a course of treatment, 3 consecutive courses of treatment; In the control group, 80 patients were treated with no drugs. Results After 6 months of treatment, the total effective clearance rate of experimental group was 81.25% which was superior to the control group(42.50%). In the experimental group, the cytological examination of the cervical cytology was superior to that of the control group(85.71% Vs 30.77%). For three months and six months after treatment, the amount of HPV-DNA in the experimental group was significantly reduced, and the reduction was significantly better than that of the control group. The differences between two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Anti-HPV biological dressing in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection with CIN Ⅰ is distinctly effective, it has no serious adverse effect.
